Facility Reconciliation Tool
The Facility Reconciliation Tool is an open source and open standards-based product used to compare lists of facilities from different data sources. The tools supports uploading CSV, and connecting to FHIR servers and DHIS2.
The tool can be used as a standalone application with its own authentication or as an easily installable DHIS2 app that uses DHIS2 for authentication that runs the tool in the background.

FieldTrip
FieldTrip is a Matlab software toolbox for MEG and EEG analysis that is being developed at the Centre for Cognitive Neuroimaging of the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour together with collaborating institutes. The development of FieldTrip is currently by funding from the BrainGain and the Human Connectome projects.

Free D Path
The Free Diagnostic Pathology Software Project arose from the NHS Improvement’s Lean Histopathology Project in the UK. Histopathology laboratories diagnose diseases, particularly cancers, by examining the appearances of the cells in samples of tissue. Many histopathology laboratories are using antiquated reporting software. Upgrading to a more modern system is expensive. Even the more modern systems often lack the technology needed for pathologists to efficiently report complex cases allowing workflow to be visually managed and supporting the use of customisable templates and proformas.

FreeDiams
FreeDiams prescriber is the result of FreeMedForms prescriber plugins built into a standalone application. FreeDiams is a multi-platform (MacOS, Linux, FreeBSD, Windows), free and open source.
It is developed by medical doctors and is intended for use by these same professionals. It can be used alone to prescribe and / or test drug interactions within a prescription. It can be linked to any application thanks to its command line parameters. Available drugs databases : USA (FDA), Canadian (HCDPD), French (AFSSAPS), South African (SAEPI).

Freefeathers EHR Project (FFEHR)
FFEHR is the temporary project name of a software application commissioned by the ASEAN +3 node of the UNDP's International Open Source Network (UNDP-IOSN) for eventual use as an electronic health record for the healthcare industry. The initial goal of the project is to be able to design a common user interface that is both effective and efficient, and widely acceptable to medical practitioners in the Philippines and in the future, worldwide.
