OSEHRA VistA is a set of software components designed to support open source EHR solutions based upon the award-winning VistA EHR developed by the US Department of Veterans Affairs. OSEHRA VistA is not intended as a complete EHR solution, but as a baseline of open source community code that will strengthen all VistA-based EHR implementations and accelerate community innovation. OSEHRA VistA consists of FOIA VistA, with redacted code replaced to ensure functionality, plus added innovations and established, OSEHRA-certified software from the community.

AuShadha (औषध): Means medicine in Sanskrit.

This is a Open Source Electornic Medical Records (EMR) & Public Health Management System for Small Clinics. It might be even suited for speciality medical practice after some customisation.

It is developed with Python, Django and Dojo. Because its developed with Django, it supports whatever database Django supports.

AuShadha code is licensed under GNU-GPL Version 3. Django, Dojo, Icons and other thrid party modules are licensed as per their authors.

Open Hospital

The aim of this project, conceived by Informatici Senza Frontiere ONLUS, was to create a software, called Open Hospital, for an hospital in Angal (Uganda).
Thanks to our work, ordinary administrative and management practices were computerized and their efficency improved. In addition to that, more than 5 other hospitals in the world decided to adopt Open Hospital, especially in Africa, but also in Herat (Afghanisthan), owning to the ISAF Italian Command in that region.
