epSOS Common Components

The epSOS project has released interoperability specifications (Common Components Specification) for national Contact Points (NCPs) to interact and support epSOS defined services such as patient summary and prescription. epSOS has also established a testing process for testing compliant implementations of these specifications, and ensure their interoperability.

OpenTele

OpenTele collects clinical health data from citizens at home. Clinicians review data through a web-portal, and take actions upon data, that are beyond the individual’s allowable data boundaries. OpenNCP is a suite of epSOS NCP software publicly available under Open Source licensing (partly GPL v. 3 and partly ASL v. 2). The software acts as a bidirectional technical, organisational and legal interface between the existing national infrastructures and also acts as a mediator as far as the legal and regulatory aspects are concerned.
