  • Mirth Connect: Specifically designed for HL7 message integration, Mirth Connect provides the necessary tools for developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring interfaces.

OSEHRA VistA is a set of software components designed to support open source EHR solutions based upon the award-winning VistA EHR developed by the US Department of Veterans Affairs. OSEHRA VistA is not intended as a complete EHR solution, but as a baseline of open source community code that will strengthen all VistA-based EHR implementations and accelerate community innovation. OSEHRA VistA consists of FOIA VistA, with redacted code replaced to ensure functionality, plus added innovations and established, OSEHRA-certified software from the community.

Project Objective
Design an open source “picture” (set of services and visualizations) of an ASD patient that is accurate, timely, helpful, longitudinal, always-updating, includes life data, and informs patients and their care team of their ever-changing health status, care plan evolution, needed behavior changes, and next steps.

SORMAS (Surveillance, Outbreak Response Management and Analysis System) is an open source early warning and management system aimed at preventing or keeping the spread of dangerous infectious diseases at bay. It is used by healthcare workers, epidemiologists or other instructed personnel to gather detailed information about potential or confirmed cases of one of the diseases covered by SORMAS. This, for example, includes data about the symptoms they are showing, their travel history, the contacts they had with other humans or animals, attended gatherings, and a lot more.

Facility Reconciliation Tool

The Facility Reconciliation Tool is an open source and open standards-based product used to compare lists of facilities from different data sources. The tools supports uploading CSV, and connecting to FHIR servers and DHIS2.

The tool can be used as a standalone application with its own authentication or as an easily installable DHIS2 app that uses DHIS2 for authentication that runs the tool in the background.
