FieldTrip

FieldTrip is a Matlab software toolbox for MEG and EEG analysis that is being developed at the Centre for Cognitive Neuroimaging of the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour together with collaborating institutes. The development of FieldTrip is currently by funding from the BrainGain and the Human Connectome projects.

Weka is a collection of machine learning algorithms for data mining tasks. The algorithms can either be applied directly to a dataset or called from your own Java code. Weka contains tools for data pre-processing, classification, regression, clustering, association rules, and visualization. It is also well-suited for developing new machine learning schemes.

The R-package ’surveillance’ is a framework for the development and the evaluation of outbreak detection algorithms in univariate and multivariate routine collected public health surveillance data. Hence, potential users are biostatisticians, epidemiologists and others working in applied infectious disease epidemiology. However, applications could just as well originate from environmetrics, reliability engineering, econometrics or social sciences.

XML Validation Framework and Canonical XML dictionary-based exchange assembly - OASIS CAM

The OASIS CAM toolkit provides a suite of tools for XML Validation and XML Exchange design and assembly from canonical XML dictionary components.

Included in the toolkit is an XML Editor/Validation/Schema Designer along with the CAMV runtime XML validation engine.

The project implements the OASIS CAM standard & NIEM IEPD approach. The visual editor allows design of exchange structures using XML components dictionaries.

MRmap is a flexible software tool that enables T1, T2, and T2* mapping from source images of multiple types of pulse sequences (IR-prepared multi-image T1 mapping, Look-Locker/ TOMROP T1 mapping, MOLLI T1 mapping; single- and multi-echo T2/ T2* mapping).

MRmap is a pure research tool and is not intended for any diagnostic or clinical use.

Zephyr Open is a code project to provide a framework for BlueTooth Physiological Sensors. Heart rate Monitors and Wii Remotes are obvous starting point, but we will continue to grow the device list as they enter the market. What kind of mashups can you envision? Games for rehab? distributed game play? virtual coaching?

With the framework is a simple SWING Application to search and connect to Zephyr products. Users can connect devices and view reports in real time. This data can also be streamed to the web via FTP or directly into your gmail account via ATOM feeds.
