OBiBa software consists of a suite of stand-alone applications that support various study's data management activities. These modular applications can be integrated to create a comprehensive information management and analysis system for individual studies.

As part of the Maelstrom Research program, OBiBa suite includes advanced software components enabling data harmonization and federation for study networks that aim to harmonize and share securely data among their members.

NutWin

NutWin aims to help the nutritionist in performing calculations for Nutritional Assessment, quantify nutrient intake and preparing food plans. The software, developed at Escola Paulista de Medicina from the Federal University of Sao Paulo (Unifesp) is available in Portuguese.

Our vision at KwaMoja is to make African businesses more competitive with those in the west. In the Eighties, western businesses went through a revolution, lowering inventory costs, improving efficiencies, improving quality, and raising profits for their shareholders. Central to this revolution was the rolling out of ERP software. Very few businesses in the west do not now take advantage of ERP.

KwaMoja is an open source ERP project based in Africa, committed to improving the efficiency, and profitability of every African business.

OpenNCP

OpenNCP is a suite of epSOS NCP software publicly available under Open Source licensing (partly GPL v. 3 and partly ASL v. 2). The software acts as a bidirectional technical, organisational and legal interface between the existing national infrastructures and also acts as a mediator as far as the legal and regulatory aspects are concerned.

OpenNCP Community is an open group of people orchestrated by an agile software development methodology conducting effort on designing, coding, testing and delivering OpenNCP software.

Arden2ByteCode

The Arden Syntax as a standardized language to represent medical knowledge can be used to express medical knowledge.
Arden2ByteCode is a open source compiler for the Arden Syntax. Arden2ByteCode runs on Java Virtual Machines (JVM) and translates Arden Syntax directly to Java bytecode (JBC)
executable on JVMs. It also serves as runtime environment for execution of the compiled bytecode.

STIR

STIR is Open Source software for use in tomographic imaging. Its aim is to provide a Multi-Platform Object-Oriented framework for all data manipulations in tomographic imaging. Currently, the emphasis is on (iterative) image reconstruction in PET, but other application areas and imaging modalities can and might be added.

STIR is the successor of the PARAPET software library which was the result of a (European Union funded) collaboration between 6 different partners (see Credits).

H-Monitor

L'application H-Monitor est un outil permettant de suivre l'évolution du rythme cardiaque en quasi temps réel. Associée à la ceinture Polar T31C, l'application retranscrit les pulsations cardiaques sur un graphique. Grâce à son intelligence artificielle embarquée, elle détecte les anomalies et prévient automatiquement les secours.
Elle intègre également un système de géolocalisation qui positionne l'utilisateur à intervalles de temps réguliers.
Toutes ces données sont envoyées et stockées sur un serveur consultable à distance.
