tranSMART is a knowledge management platform that enables scientists to develop and refine research hypotheses by investigating correlations between genetic and phenotypic data, and assessing their analytical results in the context of published literature and other work.

MRIdb: Medical imaging database

MRIdb is an end-to-end data management system for MRI, combining the DCM4CHEE DICOM server with a bespoke front-end packaged into an easily deployable virtual machine. It interfaces directly with MRI scanners and handles image storage, retrieval and export. It provides role-based access control, patient-study assignment, and extensive auditing. MRIdb is the result of an ongoing collaboration between the BSS and the Imaging Sciences Department of Imperial College.

AuShadha (औषध): Means medicine in Sanskrit.

This is a Open Source Electornic Medical Records (EMR) & Public Health Management System for Small Clinics. It might be even suited for speciality medical practice after some customisation.

It is developed with Python, Django and Dojo. Because its developed with Django, it supports whatever database Django supports.

AuShadha code is licensed under GNU-GPL Version 3. Django, Dojo, Icons and other thrid party modules are licensed as per their authors.

OpenEyes

OpenEyes is a collaborative, open source, project led by Moorfields Eye Hospital. The goal is to produce a framework which will allow the rapid, and continuous development of electronic patient records (EPR) with contributions from Hospitals, Institutions, Academic departments, Companies, and Individuals.
The initial focus is on Ophthalmology, but the design is sufficiently flexible to be used for any clinical specialty.

ATNA is an IHE security profile representing Audit Trail and Node Authentication. OpenATNA is an implementation of an Audit Record Repository supporting RFC 3881 audit messages over BSD Syslog as well as RFC 5424-5426 (UDP and TLS).
