The Facility Reconciliation Tool is an open source and open standards-based product used to compare lists of facilities from different data sources. The tools supports uploading CSV, and connecting to FHIR servers and DHIS2.
The tool can be used as a standalone application with its own authentication or as an easily installable DHIS2 app that uses DHIS2 for authentication that runs the tool in the background.
HAPI (HL7 application programming interface; pronounced "happy") is an open-source, object-oriented HL7 2.x parser and encoder for HL7 version 2.x messages written in Java. This project is not affiliated with the HL7 organization; we are just writing some software that conforms to their specification. The project was initiated by University Health Network (a large multi-site teaching hospital in Toronto, Canada).

It was developed to fill the need for an open source, fully transactional healthcare integration system capable of handling millions of messages per day, and thousands of concurrent LLP connections. Mergence is based on Apache ServiceMix, a lightweight enterprise service bus which conforms to the JBI standard, and HAPI, an excellent opensource HL7v2 API.
