Symbiosys is an implementation of PatientOS where the UI layer uses with Eclipse's RCP, JFace and SWT Widget libraries to achieve native look and feel of the gui at runtime.

Sinapsis-HIS is a Health Information System designed as a collection of Hospital Information Systems that synchronize their databases with a single region-wide database that contains all medical records and other information in a unified format.

• Sinapsis contains Care2x software ported to PHP5 and rewritten with a clearer 3-tier architecture (Presentation, Logic and Database)
• Currently has the original Patient and Medical Record modules, as well as a (new) Interconsultation module (other modules will be rewritten following the 3-tier architecture)

The Clinical Study Tracker (CST) is a simple software suite of tools which is used to track progress and completion of medical tests performed on participants during a clinical study. Front page has ‘file folder appearance’ which allows for easy, understandable data entry. Each activity (or medical test) is comprised of a sequence of activity steps (or process steps) which are assigned a date field (where the completion date of the activity step is entered). The tool suite comprises of an Administration Tool used to setup the database, and a Logging Tool for logging progress data.

FreeLIMS is a Laboratory Information Management System ( LIMS ). Manage samples; create sample types from methods & parameters; easily generate reports & certificates; fine tune user rights.
